Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Exeter, PA is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to coordinate campaigns across email, social media, print, and events, while supporting brand work that drives customer engagement and sales growth.

You'll assist with planning, scheduling, and executing campaigns; ensure content accuracy and on-brand materials; collaborate with marketing, design, category management, and supplier teams; and help develop copy, assets, brochures, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
• Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to collaborate with a team while working independently

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, events, and promotions
• Support supplier marketing obligations tied to print, digital, promotional, and trade show activity
• Brainstorm campaign ideas and help translate objectives into creative deliverables
• Partner with internal teams to develop on-brand copy, creative assets, advertisements, and marketing materials
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across channels
• Assist with brochures, flyers, signage, handbooks, mailers, presentations, and other materials
• Support Marketing Specialists, Marketing Managers, Category Management, suppliers, and other marketing areas as assigned
