Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join the Bryn Mawr, PA Marketing and Business Development Team.

The role focuses on developing and executing marketing plans, creating content for campaigns, and coordinating with internal staff and outside agencies to promote the company's services. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years marketing experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of successful marketing and promotion experience.
• Budget or P&L management experience.
• Proven organizational, time-management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive annual marketing plan to achieve stated business objectives.
• Assist internal and external partners in creating and delivering marketing activities.
• Coordinate promotional meetings and presentations with internal staff and external partners.
• Support field staff with marketing materials.
• Craft content for platforms, newsletters, email marketing, and social media while ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist with social media marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM and other digital tools.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to assess effectiveness.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder surveys.
• Conduct data analysis, including monitoring in-market performance and building custom reports.
• Handle management of project meetings and timelines, holding stakeholders accountable to stay on track.
• Performs other related duties.
