Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across web, email, and social channels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and brand standards.
• Ability to organize and interpret marketing data, identify basic trends, and present information clearly.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CMS/web platforms, social media tools, email platforms, and CRM analytics is preferred.
• Provides excellent client service to attorneys, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong project and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates to the firm’s website and digital platforms, including bios, pages, news, events, and publications.
• Create, format, edit, proofread and publish digital content following brand and quality standards.
• Support social media planning, scheduling, and asset management.
• Monitor social channels and assist with engagement and opportunities.
• Gather and summarize marketing data from websites, email, and ads for reporting.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with CRM data entry, list maintenance, and campaign support.
• Support email marketing campaigns and digital publications.
