Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Two or more years of marketing, graphic design, content development, or communications experience.
• Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus Microsoft Office.
• Experience with a CRM system.
• Clear and engaging writing; prefer substance over flash.
• Organizational skills, especially under multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail and proofreading accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and prebond campaigns from kickoff to delivery with project teams.
• Design proposals and presentations in InDesign that reflect Clark's brand.
• Assist project teams with interview prep, slides, boards, handouts, and rehearsals.
• Turn project data into clear charts and graphics for owners.
• Maintain resumes, project data, contact information, and project lists in CRM.
• Keep boilerplate and reusable content up-to-date.
• Create social media content and update the website.
