LeadsOnline is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator in Plano, TX to support our growing marketing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience with email campaigns, campaign execution, social media, events, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Ideal candidates are marketing students or professionals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This contract role offers flexible hands-on responsibilities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be US citizen.
  • Part-time availability – 20 hours per week in-office (MWF).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Genuine interest in marketing and willingness to build real skills on the job.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable picking up new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Clear communicator who works well with a small, collaborative team.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for the Dallas Cowboys campaign, assist with logistics and asset coordination, and track deliverables.
  • Help build and launch email campaigns in the new platform; set up, QA, and schedule emails; assist with list hygiene and audience segmentation.
  • Pull basic campaign performance reports (open/click rates); maintain marketing trackers and CRM lists.
  • Maintain swag inventory and organize branded merchandise for events and requests; support day-to-day marketing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Dallas Cowboys Campaign Provide hands-on support for our annual Dallas Cowboys marketing campaignAssist with campaign logistics, asset coordination, and promotional executionHelp track campaign deliverables and deadlines to keep things on schedule
  • Email Marketing Help build and launch email campaigns in our new email platform as we migrate off our current systemLearn the new platform quickly and support the team in getting campaigns up and runningSet up, QA, and schedule emails according to campaign briefs and send calendarsAssist with list hygiene and audience segmentation in the new platform
  • Data & Reporting Pull basic campaign performance reports including email open rates and click ratesMaintain marketing trackers and spreadsheets to keep the team organizedHelp keep CRM and contact lists clean and up to date
  • General Support Maintain and track swag inventory, including ordering, restocking, and fulfillment coordinationOrganize and manage branded merchandise for events, sales team requests, and campaignsSupport day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Other responsibilities to support the team
