Workplace Resource is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator in Denver, CO to support marketing needs with content development, proposal coordination, digital campaigns, and sales enablement projects. You will partner with the Marketing Team to strengthen the brand and deliver engaging experiences for customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or 1–2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong publication design sense including layout and typography.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development from RFP to final submission with multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate with teams on strategy, content, presentations, and showroom tours.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, layouts, visuals, and branded materials.
• Support social media strategy and content creation on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create content for campaigns and lead generation across marketing assets.
• Design presentations, signage, event collateral while maintaining brand standards.
• Assist with events and other marketing projects as needed.
