Responsibilities

• Create and update content, social media posts, email content, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Draft and proofread content for newsletters, email copy, event communications, and basic campaign messaging.
• Resize, format, and adapt approved materials for different platforms and needs.
• Help maintain marketing templates, brand assets, shared folders, and content calendars.
• Track assigned marketing requests, deadlines, approvals, revisions, and next steps.
• Follow up when information, approvals, or materials are missing.
• Prepare marketing materials for meetings, presentations, campaigns, webinars, events, and internal initiatives.
• Help coordinate event materials, print orders, and promotional items.
• Keep marketing files, project records, and shared team resources organized.
• Communicate proactively when work is delayed, unclear, blocked, or ready for review.
