The role emphasizes strong writing, multi-channel campaigns, and collaboration with leadership and marketing partners to drive engagement and bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a closely related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating social media content, including short videos.
• Ability to design professional graphics using Canva or a comparable design tool.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for company social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Write promotional emails and coordinate customer campaigns and newsletters.
• Update website content and marketing materials, and respond to reviews.
• Monitor marketing performance using Analytics and reporting tools for leadership.
• Coordinate campaigns with partners, track results, and optimize engagement.
• Support employee communications and internal announcements using collaborative tools.
