• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working with sales and marketing teams.
• Interest in learning about technical products and how to market them.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, content, and promotional activities to bring campaigns to life.
• Create engaging materials for social media, email, presentations, product promotions, and sales outreach.
• Adapt marketing content for local customers and business needs.
• Collaborate with sales to develop materials supporting their goals.
• Assist with digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and lead follow-up.
• Help organize product launches, trade shows, customer events, and other promotions.
• Keep marketing materials organized and up to date.
• Track leads and ensure proper recording and follow-up.
• Assist with campaign reporting and analyze engagement and results.
• Research customers, competitors, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
