Job summary

W.W. Cannon, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand, tell customer project stories, and generate new business opportunities. You’ll work directly with our President/CEO, create and execute marketing campaigns, and supervise our Business Development Representative.

This role focuses on leading campaigns across channels, improving content, and coordinating events, with in-person work in Dallas and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
• Experience developing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
• Experience with website content, email marketing, social media, and CRM/marketing automation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing/design software.
• Ability to organize competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across email, social, digital, print, and events.
• Write and design brochures, presentations, case studies, ads and other materials.
• Maintain WordPress content and coordinate website projects.
• Manage social media content, publishing, and engagement.
• Supervise the Business Development Representative and coordinate lead handoffs.
• Visit customer sites to capture photos and marketing content; coordinate trade shows.
• Maintain marketing data, monitor results and budgets, and suggest improvements.
