Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for marketing-related communication with authors, partners, and external organizations.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across Marketing and other BRAVE departments.
• Support campaign launches by managing assets, deadlines, and cross-team communication.
• Track project statuses and define next steps.
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and summaries for internal and external meeting.
• Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and communication records.
• Assist marketing leadership with coordination of partnerships, promotions, and collaborations.
• Support content approvals, scheduling, and distribution workflows.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively help resolve them.
• Ensure brand alignment and professionalism in all outward-facing communication.
• Provide general operational support to the Marketing team as needed.
