Job summary

Certerra Subsurface Imaging Inc is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Tucson, AZ, to support marketing materials, conferences, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with senior management and project managers to elevate brand visibility and pursue opportunities across national and international clients.

The role requires strong writing, design tool proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with decentralized teams. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across decentralized teams.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and marketing best practices
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Constant Contact marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce visually engaging and strategically written marketing material for clients, conferences and general marketing opportunities.
• Consolidate input from technical teams into clear, compelling narratives, including executive summaries and tailored project or resume content.
• Support social media and email marketing efforts as needed.
• Assist with graphic layout and formatting using Adobe InDesign and other creative tools.
• Maintain and update marketing assets such as templates, brochures, reference letters, and client testimonials.
• Participate in internal strategy meetings and provide status updates to the Divisional Vice President.
• Contribute to the development of internal marketing initiatives and promotional materials.
