Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related degree.
• Typically 1+ years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Asana preferred.
• Experience in public relations and corporate communications preferred.
• Knowledge of branding principles and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to interact with staff and clients and build relationships.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual awards calendar with Design Leadership, Practice Leadership and Practice Marketing Directors.
• Support awards tracking in Asana, monitor entries, deadlines, costs, wins and losses.
• Optimize submission timing for early-bird deadlines and cost efficiency.
• Facilitate submission development and communication with award organizations.
• Collaborate with Communications and PR teams to maximize win value and post-award recognition.
• Develop and improve systems to increase submission quality and efficiency.
• Maintain an organized archive of submissions, assets and jury feedback.
• Maintain the annual calendar of conferences with stakeholders.
• Coordinate content assets (presentations, photos, videos) for marketing and BD.
• Track conference participation and outcomes for planning.
• Ensure alignment with firm messaging and brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to maximize visibility through rankings.
