Job summary

Ripple Fiber is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This hands-on role supports day-to-day marketing execution across digital, print, social, and field channels, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing.

You’ll help bring the brand to life visually, manage campaigns and projects, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. A detail-oriented, creative mindset is essential for early-career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, creative support, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or creative production projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and content creation best practices.
  • Experience working with vendors, printers, or promotional materials is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Support execution of social media, email marketing, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and marketing workflows

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing execution while helping bring the brand to life visually across digital, print, social, and field marketing channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of marketing coordination, content execution, and light creative production—supporting campaigns, organizing projects, and ensuring branded materials are polished, accurate, and delivered on time.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, creatively driven, and eager to grow across multiple areas of marketing.

Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign & Project Support
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Support execution of social media, email marketing, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and marketing workflows

Creative & Design Support

  • Support website updates and content management tasks
  • Coordinate promotional merchandise, branded materials, and creative asset requests
Event & Field Marketing Support
  • Support event logistics, sponsorship activations, and marketing setup needs
  • Assist with ordering, organizing, and distributing signage, apparel, and promotional materials
  • Help ensure field teams and local markets have the assets needed to execute successfully
  • Support in-market marketing efforts with printed materials, signage, and branded collateral
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
  • Assist with vendor communication, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping logistics
  • Maintain organization across marketing systems, shared drives, and project files
  • Support multiple fast-moving priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and analytics
    • Familiarity with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, operations, and vendors
    Technical & Operational Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation design skills
    • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
    • Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar systems is a plus
