Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a part-time marketing assistant to support the execution of marketing plans and outreach activities. The role involves coordinating appointments and tours with prospective residents and families, managing social media presence, and assisting with events across the community.

The position emphasizes promoting the Benedictine Mission and core values, with additional duties as assigned. This onsite role is 0.8 FTE and requires 2+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, advertising or related field.
• Onsite role at Benedictine Living community.
• Possible 0.8 FTE (64 hours/2 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of marketing plans.
• Prepare for and conduct appointments, meetings and tours with prospective residents, families and referral sources.
• Monitor and maintain social media sites and the community’s online reputation.
• Assist with planning marketing events (open houses, classes, health fairs, outreach).
• Promote the Benedictine Mission and Core Values in daily activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assists with planning all marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events and community outreach activities, etc.
• Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
• Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related business field

• Education or certificates in marketing, sales, communications, advertising or related business field
