As a marketing coordinator, you will work closely with and support our Sr. Marketing and Media Manager to assist with the planning, buying, trafficking, monitoring and analyzing of our marketing plans for our core businesses. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, possess strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for analytics, be process-driven, resourceful, flexible, open minded and be able to work independently as well as within a team.

Overview

Great Day Improvements - Marketing Coordinator

As a marketing coordinator, you will work closely with and support our Sr. Marketing and Media Manager to assist with the planning, buying, trafficking, monitoring and analyzing of our marketing plans for our core businesses. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, possess strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for analytics, be process-driven, resourceful, flexible, open minded and be able to work independently as well as within a team.

This is a remote position but may require travel to our corporate offices for training, meetings and other functions.

Responsibilities

· Assist with the planning, buying, proofing, trafficking, monitoring and analyzing of all marketing plans.

· Assist with the management of third-party lead generation campaigns – monitor daily spends and performance, create/update profiles and regular account maintenance.

· Assist with tradeshow management, securing booth space, ordering furnishing and communicating all details to individual branches.

· Assist with the month-end marketing processes.

· Responsible for the trafficking of ads, uploading assets, sending traffic instructions to various outlets.

· Manage day-to-day communications with media outlet reps, field questions, ensure all scheduled media is running as contracted.

· Aid with various department projects and research as needed.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications

· 1-3 years relevant experience

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams

· Strong attention to detail, extremely organized and efficient

· Exceptional project and time management skills
