About The Role

M Booth is hiring a Coordinator, Influencer Marketing to join its growing Influencer team. This position supports influencer marketing campaigns across a range of clients, with a strong focus on pop culture, beauty, wellness, and emerging social trends. You’ll be responsible for assisting with campaign execution, influencer relationship management, and performance tracking. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and passionate about social media, platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and influencer content that grabs attention and drives action.

Location: Remote or in New York, NY (hybrid work model with in-person expectations for those in the NYC area)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Research and identify relevant influencers aligned with brand goals across social platforms
  • Build relationships with influencers through outreach, negotiation, and contracts
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring timely and on-brand content delivery
  • Track influencer performance metrics and campaign results to assess effectiveness
  • Conduct market research to spot emerging trends in influencer and social media marketing
  • Stay current with platform updates, FTC guidelines, best practices, and industry developments
  • Monitor competitor activity within influencer and content spaces
  • Collaborate with account teams to create engaging content ideas and influencer briefs
  • Manage communication with influencers and their reps, providing feedback and resolving issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media (agency experience a plus)
  • Strong interest in pop culture, social media trends, and the beauty and wellness industries
  • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
