Job Summary

A growing organization in the commercial construction industry is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Tampa, FL. This fully onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing and business development professional with strong Salesforce CRM experience and an interest in supporting sales growth, lead management, and customer outreach.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with company leadership and the sales team to keep CRM data organized, support marketing campaigns, research prospective clients, and help move business development opportunities forward. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM by entering, updating, and tracking leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns through email outreach, follow-up communications, CRM campaign management, and lead tracking.
• Generate Salesforce reports, monitor sales pipeline activity, and help identify opportunities for business development.
• Research prospective clients, industry partners, and new market opportunities within the construction space.
• Coordinate outreach efforts and maintain organized documentation for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Assist with special projects, administrative support, and other business development initiatives as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Work arrangement: Fully onsite in Tampa, FL 33634.
• Assignment type: 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
