Job summary

Consor is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and business development activities, including proposals, lead tracking, conferences, events, and collateral. You will collaborate with marketing, BD, and technical teams to produce high-quality materials, ensure information accuracy, and provide graphic design support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related.
  • Minimum two years of marketing experience; AEC experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Hybrid work environment with standard office equipment; may be exposed to noise in office/events.
  • Physical demands include sitting, talking, hearing, and occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support industry conferences, client events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities, including logistics, materials, and team coordination.
  • Assist with marketing and business development efforts including presentations, award submissions, market research, and strategic pursuit support.
  • Support database organization and data quality efforts contributing to reporting and strategy.
  • Support lead tracking by monitoring opportunities, updating Vantagepoint data, and coordinating with teams.
  • Collaborate to plan, develop, and produce high-quality, compliant SOQs/RFQs and proposals; coordinate kickoff meetings and schedules.
  • Write, update, and proofread marketing content for proposals, resumes, presentations, and project descriptions.
  • Support or lead production of deliverables for proposals in conformance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants to craft persuasive proposal text and format.
  • Create graphics and visuals for proposals and maintain proposal content database.

Job description

What Your Day Will Look Like:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support a variety of marketing and business development activities, including proposals and pursuits, lead tracking, conferences and events, presentations, awards, and marketing collateral. You’ll collaborate with marketing, business development, and technical teams to keep efforts organized, produce high-quality materials, and maintain accurate information that supports our pursuit and growth strategies. You’ll also provide quality control and graphic design support across a variety of marketing deliverables. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Director.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and support industry conferences, client events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities, including logistics, materials, and team coordination.
  • Assist with a variety of AEC marketing and business development efforts including presentations, award submissions, market research, and strategic pursuit support.
  • Support database organization and data quality efforts that contribute to reporting, business development strategy, and evolving internal AI and automation initiatives.
  • Support lead tracking efforts by monitoring upcoming opportunities, maintaining accurate lead information in Vantagepoint, and coordinating updates with marketing and business development teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing/proposal leads and technical resources to plan, develop, and produce quality, compliant, and compelling SOQs/RFQs and proposals.Coordinate and facilitate kickoff meetings and manage pursuit team schedules.
  • Write, update, and proofread marketing content, including proposals, resumes, presentations, project descriptions, and other related materials, for spelling, grammar, consistency, quality, and overall compliance with brand standards/voice.
  • Support or lead production of deliverables associated with proposals and other business development efforts in conformance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants and remote team members to compose proposal text with a consistent and persuasive tone, and format proposals.
  • Create or facilitate the creation of graphics, design layouts, and visuals for proposals.
  • Help maintain the marketing team’s database of proposal content.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum two years of marketing experience. AEC experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud suite software including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Deltek Vision or VantagePoint experience is a plus.
  • This hybrid position operates within both professional office and remote work environments and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. May occasionally be exposed to noise in office or event settings.
  • While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include constant sitting, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, and occasional standing, moving, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, and coordination. This job will rarely require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 35 lbs.
