Job description

Our client is searching for a Program Manager specializing in rolling out digital products for a temp-to-perm position that can be worked remotely.

All candidates must have enterprise experience working with large organizations in the Fortune 500 space.

Duties:

• Strategic Alignment: Connect digital initiatives (such as web re-platforming, software implementations, or digital customer journeys) directly with company objectives.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and synchronize input from product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
• Budget & Resource Management: Maintain, forecast, and control program budgets while balancing resource capacity across projects.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify risks early, establish escalation paths, and resolve dependencies or conflicts between projects.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics (such as adoption rates, time-to-value, and milestone delivery) and report status updates to executives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
