Job summary

Turpin Orthodontics is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Ruston/West Monroe/Monroe team. The role requires independent work, collaboration, and strong verbal and written communication. Travel weekly to Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston is expected to coordinate events and partnerships.

Prior marketing experience is ideal; a marketing degree is preferred but not required. The position offers a full-time schedule with occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Monitor metrics from digital and promotional content.
• Manage social media pages and posts to promote brand and special offers.

• Manage internal promotions and events to improve patient experience.
• Manage B2B partnerships and local events to drive brand awareness.
• Support the office with customer service training to improve patient experience.
• Develop approaches to promote and represent the practice to schools, community members, and referring dentists.

Overview

Turpin Orthodontics is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our established Ruston/West Monroe/Monroe team. Our perfect candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must. Dental and orthodontic knowledge is preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Thursday from 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Fridays from 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM
• Some evenings or weekends may be required, depending on the event schedule
