Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing content across various platforms, including social media, email, and our website. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with the marketing team and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Create visual assets using tools like Canva for social media, forms, emails, and website content.
• Write and publish blog posts for our Hubspot website.
• Collaborate on updating content calendars to plan for and execute campaigns.
• Create and schedule emails using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with ongoing initiatives.
• Create presentations for lectures and webinars.
• Track and report on email analytics, generating insights for optimization.

Supporting Responsibilities:

• Assist with social media support, including post scheduling and community engagement.
• Maintain a well-organized digital asset library, cataloging photos and creative assets.
• Collaborate with event team to support events
• Assist with proofreading tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing
• Proven experience in content creation, email marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, or similar programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
