Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help develop and implement campaigns while ensuring brand voice consistency across channels. The role collaborates with management and multiple departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.

The position is full-time, with standard hours Monday through Friday, 8am–4:30pm CST, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health and 401(k) matching, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support corporate events: planning, logistics, vendor coordination.
• Assist with internal and external communications, copywriting, content development.
• Support marketing campaigns through research, execution, and evaluation.
• Edit video content for marketing and communications needs.
• Manage marketing collateral, project timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate across departments and manage projects from concept to completion.

Job Summary
