Role Description

We're seeking a Marketing andoperations Assistantwho is part project manager, part creative thinker, and part problem-solver. This remote, full-time role will touch nearly every part of the business, from coordinating marketing deliverables and assisting with lead generation campaigns to managing backend operations and client communications.

You'll be exposed to the whole marketing ecosystem, including paid media, social media, CRM, and creative content. You will also be integral to building systems and structures that support our clients and our growth.

Your role includes:

• Assisting in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns (social, email, ads)
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and creative assets
• Preparing client reports and pulling performance metrics
• Writing or editing short-form content (emails, captions, briefs)
• Assisting with CRM setup, automation workflows, and integrations (i.e., Zapier, Pipedrive, etc.)
• Scheduling meetings, following up with leads, and managing task lists
• Supporting with proposal creation, SOPs, and pitch decks
• Communicating with freelancers, partners, and vendors as needed
  

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, both professional and conversational
• Strong organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail
• Project management experience and the ability to keep people and tasks on track
• Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools (Canva, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
• Comfortable working in CRMs, spreadsheets, docs, and digital tools
• Self-starter mindset: You don't wait for instructions, you seek solutions
• Calm under pressure, flexible with shifting priorities, and unafraid to ask questions
  

Bonus If You Have Experience In:

• Paid advertising (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads)
• Event coordination or local marketing initiatives
• Graphic design or video editing tools (even at a light level)
• Working in a startup or early-stage agency environment
