Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage the public at popular local attractions, malls, theme parks, and events. You will conduct face-to-face conversations, share information about the vacation club experience, and invite guests to attend award-winning presentations.

You will greet attendees, qualify leads, schedule tours, and strive to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual goals through enthusiastic, customer-focused interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
