Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator's primary function is to support the development and execution of growth and revenue-generating strategies for new member growth, current member retention and program/product sales across all five Tulsa locations. The Mktg Coordinator is responsible for: social media management; marketing materials execution including advertising, in-facility POP and signage, collateral inventory, e-newsletters, e-blasts, and website updates; event planning and execution; direction and contact with vendors, media, and outside support personnel.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
- Collaborate with other senior management in developing annual budget, marketing strategy, and a robust growth plan for all facets of facility including all advertising and PR strategies, membership sales strategies, events, monthly offers, etc.
- Develop monthly marketing summary of projects, deadlines, KPI’s and ROI’s
- Work closely with Club Managers and Sales teams to promote the process of lead generation
- Track, assess and make recommendations regarding sales goals for membership and fitness.
Social Media Management
- Develop engaging content to promote Genesis Health Clubs to both existing and prospective members
- Effectively distribute marketing dollars across social media platforms to optimize reach and engagement
- Manage calendar of social media outreach to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Respond in a timely manner to social media member comments
Advertising & Promotion
- Identify and develop relationships with key media partners
- Proactively seek PR opportunities, paying particular attention to in-center editorial opportunities
Digital Asset Management
- Maintain, facilitate and implement periodic changes and upgrades to Genesis website
Design
- Design and produce collateral pieces and other marketing materials
- Manage agency relationships and/or outside design talent when appropriate
In-Center Events & Promotion
- Develop and implement on-going member communication, including: semi-monthly e-newsletter, e-blasts, and on-hold/overhead messaging
- Coordinate monthly special events, specials, and classes with other Department Heads
- Design and distribute event promotional materials
- Ensure all signage and marketing materials are used and executed effectively
Off-Site Events & Community Outreach
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with organizations, individuals, and non-competing businesses in the community that align with the Sky brand
- Seek cross-promotional opportunities with non-competing businesses
- Identify and coordinate participation in local sponsorship opportunities and events that have membership-building potential
- Track and analyze results to build a schedule of events that achieves financial and/or membership objectives
Financial / Budgeting
- Prepare periodic budgets and monitor department compliance
- Evaluate performance/productivity for all fee-based programs and implement plans to maximize revenue, profitability and member service
Other Duties
- Create, build, and maintain vendor relationships
- Interact and build relationship with our members
