Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking an Associate to support practice marketers by managing day-to-day project activity, keeping tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars up to date, and ensuring work moves forward on schedule.

You will coordinate webinars, asset edits, invoicing, budgeting, and analytics while supporting lead management, requiring strong MS Office skills, organization, and proactive energy.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day project activity for the practice marketing team.
• Oversee and triage project requests in Wrike.
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheets (Smartsheet).
• Report on project status at the weekly team call.
• Work with internal clients to develop and manage edits to marketing assets.
• Develop OFTs in Adobe AEM.
• Support webinar requests from start to finish.
• Manage day-of logistics for webcasts on ON24.
• Manage invoicing and track budgets against campaigns and projects.
• Pull and compile analytics from multiple sources, including Power BI.
• Support lead management in MPower (CRM).

National marketing demand-creation programs drive revenue across new and existing clients. The Associate supports the practice marketers by running the day-to-day management of their projects: keeping project tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars up to date and making sure work moves forward on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Manage day-to-day project activity for the practice marketing team
• Oversee and triage project requests in Wrike
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheets (Smartsheet)
• Report on project status at the weekly team call

Campaign and Content Support

• Work with internal clients to develop and manage edits to marketing assets
• Develop OFTs in Adobe AEM

Webinars and Events

• Support webinar requests from start to finish
• Manage day-of logistics for webcasts on ON24

Budget and Financials

• Manage invoicing
• Track budgets against campaigns and projects

Analytics and Lead Management
