Job summary

Marshall Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our in-office team in Kentucky. This full-time role focuses on telling the Marshall story through social media, our website, video, print, and community events. Remote work is not available.

You will craft clear copy, manage digital marketing channels, and build partnerships while supporting a growing practice dedicated to pediatric therapy and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience; a related degree is preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (social, email, SEO).
• Ability to write clear, compelling copy and proofread content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing content for social media, website, video, and print.
• Collaborate with teams to tell the Marshall story and support community events.
• Track performance, manage monthly budget, and report results.
• Engage with local community partnerships and events.
