Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Nicholasville, KY is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a full-time, in-office role. Remote work is not available.

You will manage social media, the website, video, print materials, and community events to tell the Marshall story and help families find us. Ideal candidate has 1–2 years in marketing or a strong digital foundation, with knowledge of social media, email, SEO, Google Ads, analytics, and Canva or Adobe CC.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience or strong foundation in digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels: social media, email, SEO, Google Ads, analytics
• Clear, compelling copywriting and proofreading
• Ability to capture photo/video and use design tools (Canva/Adobe CC)
• Strong organization, project management, and community outreach skills

Responsibilities

• Manage social media, website, video, print materials, and community events to tell Marshall’s story
• Create and publish content that engages families and increases brand awareness
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and budget
• Collaborate with therapists and admin teams to support clinic goals
• Represent the brand at events and partnerships in the community

Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) in-office candidate. Remote option is not available.

You’re a good fit if:

• You have 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, or a strong foundation in digital marketing and a desire to grow in it (a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred)
• You know digital marketing, including social media, email, SEO, Google Ads, and website and Google Business Profile analytics
• You write clear, compelling copy and proofread everything before it goes out
• You take quality photos and video, and you’re comfortable in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or a similar design platform
• You like proving what works, tracking results, managing a monthly budget, and reporting on what the numbers showYou enjoy being out in the community at events, including occasional evenings and weekends, and you build partnerships easily
• You are organized, comfortable with technology and AI tools, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• You have a stable work history, excellent attendance, and a positive, dependable presence
