Bethany Medical, a leading independent multi-specialty practice in Central North Carolina, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to drive digital marketing and content for Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation.

The role requires a bachelor’s in marketing or communications with 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Canva and Adobe, and strong project management. Healthcare or non-profit exposure is a plus; a full benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and public relations preferred with a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe software and proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience in Healthcare or related field preferred, but not required.
• Non-Profit experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive marketing deliverables focusing on digital and print activities for Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation.
• Develop marketing content for provider onboarding, TV roll content, patient emails, signage, and other needs.
• Manage Google and other paid campaigns; analyze results and optimize.
• Assist in social media calendars and weekly posts.
• Prepare and distribute a monthly newsletter on events and programs.
• Maintain website updates with content and coordinate SEO changes.
• Plan public events and represent both organizations at conferences.

Bethany Medical, an established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston‑Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy, and The Lenny Peters Foundation, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charity organization whose goal is to assist those in need at home and worldwide, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Team!

Responsibilities

• Create and drive marketing deliverables with a focus on digital and Ad-print activities for Bethany Medical and occasionally The Lenny Peters Foundation
• Develop marketing and advertising content as requested, including internal marketing for Provider, Provider onboarding, TV roll content, patient emails, signage, and other content as needed
• Content creation, implementation, analytic interpretation, and recommendations of Google and other paid campaigns
• Assist in content creation of social media calendars and post socials weekly
• Preparation and distribution of a monthly newsletter on events at Bethany Medical, innovative programs, and other special activities
• Manage and fulfill the marketing department's collateral literature promptly
• Order marketing materials from vendors and update the spend on shared budget files
• Maintain company website updates with provider and content additions, including Phreesia for marketing and content. Coordinate changes with the SEO manager
• Assist in planning public events for both Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation
• Positively represent both companies at public events and conferences related to public relations and other activities. Be present at occasional Saturday and weekday evening events

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and public relations preferred with a minimum of two (2) years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe software and proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience in Healthcare or related field preferred, but not required
• Non-Profit experience preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
• Must work quickly under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
