Job summary

Bethany Medical, the Largest Independent Established Multi‑Specialty Group in Central North Carolina, seeks a Primary Care PA to join our team in a busy outpatient setting across multiple locations in Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, and surrounding communities.

You will provide direct patient care in primary, urgent, and pain management services, perform examinations and diagnoses, and collaborate with a skilled team of physicians and providers to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA Certification.
• Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of other esteemed Physicians and Providers in a busy practice setting.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and corporate information.
• Blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services.
• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Build relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in the provision of continuity of care.
• Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information.
• Refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
