Bethany Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our established multi-specialty group in Central North Carolina. The role involves direct patient care across primary, urgent, and specialty services with a focus on excellent bedside manner and comprehensive care.

The practice offers an employed salary, monthly bonuses, malpractice coverage, and a full benefits package across 7 locations in the Triad region. 7‑day week outpatient operation supports varied coverage.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA Certification.
• Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of physicians and providers in a busy outpatient practice.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information.
• Provide direct patient care: exams, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Develop patient management plans and progress notes for continuity of care.
• Communicate test results and follow-up needs to patients.
• Refer patients to specialists as appropriate.

Job Details

• Join a team of other esteemed Physicians and Providers in a busy practice setting
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and corporate information
• Blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services
• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
• Build relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in the provision of continuity of care
• Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information
• Refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate
