Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, event coordination, administrative, or related professional experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Marketing & Sales Development in the execution of company marketing initiatives, campaigns, and special projects.
  • Coordinate company conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and other events, including registration, logistics, deadlines, materials, shipping, and attendee coordination.
  • Maintain and organize the company’s conference and event calendar and track upcoming deadlines and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials, literature, promotional items, and inventory, including coordinating internal requests and reorders.
  • Assist with company LinkedIn and other digital content, including coordinating content, scheduling posts, and maintaining an organized content calendar.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and organization of US Neuro’s marketing initiatives, events, communications, and sales support activities. This role is based in the Fort Worth office and works closely with the Director of Marketing & Sales Development to coordinate day-to-day marketing projects, maintain marketing resources and materials, support conferences and events, and assist with internal and external communications.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. This is an execution-focused role with opportunities to gain experience across multiple areas of marketing and grow into broader responsibilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Director of Marketing & Sales Development in the execution of company marketing initiatives, campaigns, and special projects.

  • Coordinate company conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and other events, including registration, logistics, deadlines, materials, shipping, and attendee coordination.

  • Maintain and organize the company’s conference and event calendar and track upcoming deadlines and requirements.

  • Manage and maintain marketing materials, literature, promotional items, and inventory, including coordinating internal requests and reorders.

  • Maintain and organize marketing resources, files, templates, brand assets, and other materials within SharePoint.

  • Assist with company LinkedIn and other digital content, including coordinating content, scheduling posts, and maintaining an organized content calendar.

  • Support internal company communications and marketing-related announcements.

  • Assist with coordination between US Neuro and external marketing agencies, vendors, printers, event organizers, and other partners.

  • Support projects and deliverables associated with Schaefer Advertising and other external marketing partners under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Sales Development.

  • Coordinate marketing requests from the sales team and other departments and help ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.

  • Support the development, ordering, organization, and distribution of sales collateral and marketing materials.

  • Assist with maintaining marketing and sales resources within Monday.com and other company systems.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and outstanding action items and follow up with appropriate stakeholders as needed.

  • Assist with basic reporting and tracking of marketing activities, campaigns, events, and performance metrics.

  • Coordinate vendors and obtain quotes, proofs, shipping information, and other project details as needed.

  • Assist with additional marketing, sales support, and administrative projects as assigned.

  • Identify opportunities to improve organization, processes, and efficiency within the marketing function.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, event coordination, administrative, or related professional experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable learning and working within new software platforms and digital tool

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Monday.com, Canva, or similar marketing/project-management platforms is a plus.

  • Interest in developing broader marketing skills and taking on increased responsibility over time.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel for conferences, events, meetings, or other company needs.


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

  • Ability to occasionally lift, transport, or organize marketing materials, event supplies, and packages up to 30 lbs.

  • Ability to travel occasionally as required for company events and conference


Work Environment:



  • On-site work environment at the Fort Worth office; this position is not remote.
