Job summary

Move Concierge is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, content, digital initiatives, events, and communications. This role requires juggling multiple projects, coordinating with teams, and delivering accurate, on-brand materials.

You will create and edit content for websites, emails, social media, and collateral; assist with SEO, website updates, and analytics; plan events; and report on performance while identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with proofreading/editing abilities.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Creative mindset with eye for compelling content and visual presentation.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and proactive execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, projects, promotions, and initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Create, edit, and coordinate content for websites, emails, social media, newsletters, and collateral.
  • Support social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content, lists, testing, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Assist with website updates, digital marketing, SEO, and online initiatives.
  • Plan and execute company events, conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners to move projects forward.
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials, assets, content libraries, and project documentation.
  • Monitor campaign and digital performance and prepare reports and insights.
  • Conduct basic market, customer, industry, and competitive research.
  • Ensure marketing communications are accurate and on-brand.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Leadership on marketing projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, content, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Take on additional marketing projects as the business grows.

Job description

Move Concierge is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content, digital initiatives, events, and communications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, managing projects from start to finish, creating engaging content, and working cross-functionally with teams across the organization. The Marketing Coordinator will help bring marketing initiatives to life while ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, projects, promotions, and initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Create, edit, and coordinate content for websites, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Support social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content, lists, testing, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Assist with website updates, digital marketing, SEO, and other online marketing initiatives.
  • Help plan and execute company events, conferences, trade shows, community activities, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners to keep projects moving.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for compelling content and visual presentation.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to getting things done.
Technology & Creative Skills
