We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to assist across the small but mighty marketing function. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting various marketing initiatives, managing projects, events, and assisting wherever needed to ensure things run smoothly.

Our token vault is designed to give companies flexibility and freedom so they can create payment experiences that drive conversion, resilience, and retention. Our platform makes it easier for companies to connect with partners, stay compliant, and keep their payments flowing smoothly.

We are a remote-first, distributed company with a team-based culture and an annual company offsite. The last three offsites have been in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Barcelona.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with executing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search, advertising, and events.
• Coordinate and track project timelines using Asana to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support both in-person and online event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations as needed.
