Responsibilities

  • Assist in the strategic planning and flawless execution of field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects for company events, collaborating closely with marketing leadership and sales teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage comprehensive marketing calendars, meticulously tracking progress and ensuring all campaign deadlines are met.
  • Support the creation of registration pages, coordinate giveaway shipping, and facilitate overall campaign setup.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets and collateral libraries, ensuring easy access and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate effectively with external vendors and internal creative teams to produce high‑quality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines across all channels.

Must‑Have Qualifications
