We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to touch every facet of modern marketing: from capturing social content on-site and staffing activations to keeping team operations running seamlessly.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations, administration, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives across the Samuels & Associates portfolio, including The Fenway, Lyrik Back Bay, S&A Collection residential properties, and corporate marketing. This is an entry-level role, ideally suited for someone 1–3 years into their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a foundation across marketing, communications, and creative functions. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager, Communications and the broader marketing team, gaining hands-on exposure to campaign reporting, event and content coordination, vendor and budget administration, and residential marketing support- with room to grow into a more strategic marketing role over time.
Roles & Responsibilities
Content, Events & Community
- Help shape and create social content across S&A's channels — from brainstorming concepts to being on-camera or behind it
- Staff and support property and lifestyle photoshoots, coordinating logistics and pitching in on styling, props, and talent
- Help ideate and staff activations and events across the portfolio, bringing energy on-site and turning ideas into real moments
- Source and help manage local influencer and creator partnerships, building relationships that bring fresh voices to S&A's properties
- Stay plugged into social and cultural trends, bringing new ideas to the team on how S&A can show up in fun, timely ways
Admin & Operations
- Manage the team calendar and support day-to-day project management across marketing initiatives
- Execute and organize legal contracts, ensuring documents are properly filed and tracked
- Support invoicing and budget tracking for the Marketing department
- Maintain and organize the company photo library and overall SharePoint structure
Corporate Communications
- Coordinate employee headshots and bios, keeping materials current across the organization
S&A Collection (Residential) Support
- Assist with residential communications and events as needed across the S&A Collection portfolio
Marketing & Creative Support
- Manage event listings and external page listings across third-party platforms
- Assist with website auditing and updates, including supporting the annual site audit
- Monitor and triage marketing inboxes (Marketing, The Fenway, Lyrik), routing inquiries as needed
Reputation Management
- Maintain and update Google Business Profile listings across the S&A portfolio, working in conjunction with property General Managers
- Monitor Google Reviews and flag response needs to the relevant property GM in line with team response-time standards (4 stars or below within 48 hours; 5 stars within 4 days); property GMs hold ultimate accountability for their asset's reputation management
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field (internships count)
- A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced Marketing team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple small projects at once
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Google Workspace, and basic budget/invoice tracking
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to ask questions and take direction
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Interest in real estate, hospitality, or property marketing a plus
