Corcoran Jennison Management is seeking a Marketing Associate to own how our apartment communities present themselves online. You will work directly with two Regional Managers and the property teams, handling websites, listings, tours, and leasing support.

The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, curious about digital marketing, and capable of following through without constant supervision. No property management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep each community website and listings accurate and appealing on major platforms.
• Own our 3D tours and photography; schedule shoots and ensure tour accuracy.
• Manage online reputation; monitor reviews and respond thoughtfully.
• Become in-house Elise AI leasing assistant expert; monitor conversations and improve responses.
• Track leads, conversions, cost per lead, and visibility; report findings and recommendations.
• Process applications and prepare lease documents to support leasing operations.

Job description

We manage apartment communities across Massachusetts, and we are hiring a Marketing Associate to take ownership of how those communities show up online. This is a corporate support role working directly with two Regional Managers and the teams at each property.

If you are early in your career and looking for a role where you own real work instead of shadowing someone else, this is that role. You do not need property management experience. You do need to be organized, curious about digital marketing, and the kind of person who follows through without being chased.

What You Will Do

• Keep every community website and rental listing accurate, current, and looking its best across Apartments.com , Zillow, and Rent.com .
• Own our 3D virtual tours and photography. You will schedule shoots, check quality, and make sure every floorplan we advertise has a tour a prospect can actually walk through.
• Manage our online reputation. You will monitor reviews across Google and our listing sites, draft responses, track star ratings by property, and report what you are seeing back to the team.
• Become our in house expert on Elise AI, the leasing assistant that talks to prospects. You will monitor conversations, improve how it responds, and be the person onsite teams come to with questions.
• Track what is working. You will report on leads, conversion, cost per lead, and search visibility, and bring recommendations on where to spend and where to stop.
• Support leasing operations by processing applications and preparing lease documents.

What the job actually looks like

This role runs on a rhythm rather than a random to do list, which is one of the reasons it is a strong first or second job. Each day you check reviews, listings, and the AI assistant. Each week you publish a short report to the Regional Managers. Each month you deliver a performance summary. You will always know what is expected of you and how your work is measured.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong organization and follow through. You keep track of many small things across multiple properties without dropping them.
• Clear writing. A good chunk of this job is reports, review responses, and website copy.
• Comfort with technology. You pick up new software quickly and are not intimidated by dashboards and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. We care more about how you work than where you studied.
• A valid driver license and willingness to travel to our communities.
• Any experience with website content, social media, SEO, photography, or Canva.
• Coursework, an internship, or a personal project involving marketing or analytics.
• Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage.
