Job summary

PangeaTwo is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Birmingham, AL to support a busy brokerage team with marketing, research, and administrative tasks.

You will develop property marketing collateral, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with brokers, leadership, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, CRE preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Moderate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Photography, video editing or graphic design a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and marketing support to a brokerage team.
• Manage and prioritize marketing requests from brokers and leadership.
• Create marketing collateral: flyers, maps, leasing proposals, BOVs, surveys, tour books, social content.
• Coordinate property tour packages and client deliverables.
• Edit presentations, proposals, and research projects.
• Assist with campaigns, research, and business development.
• Coordinate with outside brokers and vendors for marketing projects.
• Schedule property photography, drone footage, and services.
• Maintain property listings across platforms.
• Process invoices and assist with CRM deal entry and tracking.

Marketing Coordinator

Birmingham, AL

Our growing partner, a leading commercial real estate firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing, research, brokerage, and administrative support to a busy brokerage team. This role will coordinate client deliverables, develop property marketing collateral, and assist with the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while working effectively with brokers, marketing leadership, vendors, and outside partners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and marketing support to a team of commercial real estate brokers
• Manage and prioritize incoming marketing requests from brokers and marketing leadership
• Assist in creating presentation materials and marketing collateral, including flyers, maps, leasing proposals, BOVs, market surveys, tour books, and social media content
• Coordinate property tour packages and client deliverables
• Collaborate on the creation and editing of presentations, proposals, and research projects
• Assist with special projects, including research assignments, advertising campaigns, and business development initiatives
• Coordinate with outside brokerage firms and vendors to complete marketing-related projects
• Coordinate property photography, drone footage, and other marketing services
• Maintain accurate property listings across multiple platforms
• Process invoices and assist with deal entry and tracking through the company’s CRM system
• Communicate professionally with brokers, clients, vendors, and other business partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience; commercial real estate experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Moderate knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Creative Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal direction
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Photography, video editing, graphic design, or other creative skills a plus
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system a plus
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in downtown Birmingham, AL
