Rappaport is seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to join our marketing team in McLean, VA. The role focuses on writing and editing content, updating social media accounts, producing brochures, and supporting proposals and presentations with oversight from the VP of Marketing.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Weekend events occasional work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Communications.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience curating and creating marketing content.
• Able to think strategically and deliver creative solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Able to work with all management levels and clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to develop proposal and presentation materials.
• Tell the story of Rappaport’s expertise across media, print, social, and digital.
• Create or edit content for case studies, proposals, SEO blogs, emails, and collateral.
• Monitor market trends to identify thought leadership opportunities.
• Coordinate production of materials for proposals with marketing and graphics teams.
• Develop engaging subject lines and descriptions for email blasts.
• Maintain CMS property and retail descriptions on the company site.
• Run digital marketing activities including a recurring newsletter.
• Track analytics and generate marketing reports for clients.
• Grow social media presence with interactive content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
