Job summary

Frontlands, Inc. is seeking a hybrid Marketing Creator to own organic social from strategy to execution. You’ll shoot, edit, and publish content across channels, with the freedom to experiment with AI tools and new formats.

You’ll engage the audience, coach executives for on-camera moments, and craft copy that fits our brand voice. The role reports to the Head of Marketing in a Dallas-based, hybrid setup (office three days/week).

Qualifications

• A couple of years of making things that shipped.
• You shoot and edit, bonus for formal photo/video tools.
• Comfort with AI production tools and evolving tech.
• Ability to write in a brand’s voice and keep it steady across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social: strategy, calendar, production, publishing, results.
• Shoot, edit, caption, design for posts and campaigns.
• Experiment with AI video/stills and new tools with budget provided.
• Build the community: respond to comments/DMs and gather feedback.
• Get people on camera: coach executives and engineers to be themselves.
• Write social copy, blog posts, scripts, emails, landing pages, campaigns.
• Go shoot on location: events, office, field.
