Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google PPC, Facebook, and YouTube ad campaigns to generate high-quality buyer & seller leads and website traffic.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze lead quality, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content that drives engagement and leads.
- Manage and grow the company’s organic reach and social presence.
- Oversee listing promotion and property marketing across digital platforms.
- Optimize and manage the team’s CRM (Follow Up Boss or similar).
- Set up email drip campaigns, SMS sequences, and retargeting strategies.
- Work closely with ISAs and agents to ensure proper lead follow-up.
- Craft compelling listing presentations, marketing materials, and team branding.
- Design and refine high-converting landing pages and funnels.
- Track and report key marketing KPIs, including lead volume, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Continuously test and improve ad creatives, email subject lines, and landing pages.
- Work closely with agents, ISAs, and leadership to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in real estate.
- Identify new lead sources and growth opportunities.
