Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be detailed-oriented and a self-starter to complete projects.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Canva or graphic design is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create content to support marketing campaigns, product launches, or customer e-learning items (social posts, emails, sheets, presentations, blogs, videos).
• Manage product information in the customer portal and on featured product sites.
• Coordinate content delivery to sales teams or digital channels and measure impact.
• Lead projects to establish internal content management processes.
• Provide feedback on brand consistency in outbound communications.
