Job summary

H.B. Fuller, the world’s largest pureplay adhesives company, invites students to join a 12-week paid internship in St. Paul, MN within Marketing Communications. The role supports global Digital Marketing initiatives, creates engaging content across digital platforms, and helps boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

You will work with managers and mentors, gain hands-on experience, present findings to senior leaders, and explore next-level opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• High proficiency with a range of computer systems and tools
• Experience using Canva and other content creation and graphic design tools
• Prior internship experience a plus
• Must be detailed oriented, and able to be a self-starter in order to complete projects

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and stakeholder input to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities across key customer experience projects.
• Integrate findings into project or continuous improvement roadmap(s).
• Partner with strategic product management and marketing teams to develop actions plans that will deliver progress toward strategic, organic growth targets across 32 global market segments.
• Collaborate across Digital CX teams and H.B. Fuller commercial groups to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Prepare and present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
