Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; first‑generation applicants encouraged.
• 1–3 years in marketing, design, or communications; finance or agency experience a plus.
• Strong design sense with hands‑on Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• Solid editorial instincts for shaping content for web, publications, and reports.
• Analytical and organized; able to structure large data sets into clear outputs.
• Web skills across WordPress, HTML/CSS, or light front‑end development.

Responsibilities

• Design, Web, & Visual Production across social posts, one-pagers, events, and internal templates.
• Build, update, and maintain website pages with strong UI/UX sensibility.
• Contribute to design and front-end development of microsites; collaborate with external vendors; Figma experience is a plus.
• Produce digital bi-annual firm reports; synthesize activity across investments, transactions, talent, events, and portfolio performance.
• Write and edit LinkedIn posts, thought leadership, portfolio spotlights, and firmwide communications.
• Manage editorial calendar and monitor content performance; evolve strategy based on engagement data.
• Support visual design and content production for flagship events; assist in social amplification.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up workflows while maintaining quality; build repeatable processes.
