Job summary

Belmark Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Marketing Content Creator to bring Belmark's stories to life across social and digital channels.

You will craft engaging visuals, videos, and written content to support campaigns and brand awareness. You will shoot and edit short-form video, manage content calendars, collaborate with marketing, design, and sales, optimize for SEO and AI-assisted workflows, and monitor performance to increase engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills and hands-on video editing experience.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong writing skills with experience writing articles or blog content.
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices.
• Comfortable using AI tools to aid the creative process.
• Knowledge of social analytics and digital best practices.
• Experience managing outside vendors or freelance creators.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: graphics, videos, photos, and campaign visuals.
• Social Media & Digital Channels: plan calendars and post content; write captions.
• Brand Voice & Thought Leadership: maintain Belmark's brand across platforms.
• SEO & AEO: write and optimize content for search results.
• Analytics & Optimization: track metrics, provide insights, and test content.
• Collaborate with Marketing Content Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Attend workshops and stay current on trends; perform other duties.
