This full-time role offers hands-on experience in live commerce, where you will help engage audiences during live auctions, organize products, and develop marketing strategies. Ideal candidates are organized, positive, and have a passion for beauty and digital media. $25/hour plus benefits after 90 days and opportunities for growth in marketing and recruitment are offered.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Help plan, schedule, and run live auctions that keep audiences engaged
• Stage and organize products so everything’s ready to shine on camera
• Moderate live chat streams, keeping the conversation lively and professional
• Assist on‑air hosts with smooth transitions and product handoffs
• Brainstorm and support marketing strategies that bring in new viewers
• Recruit and onboard new talent for future auction slots
