MAKS is a globally recognized leader in rebuilding and remanufacturing automotive electronic modules, including TIPMs, ECMs, BCMs, and other critical vehicle control systems. We serve consumers, repair shops, dealerships, and commercial partners across North America.
We're a growing company that believes in doing things differently. From the technology that runs our operations to how we market our products, we value people who are creative, curious, willing to experiment, and excited to learn.
Our core values are:
Trailblazers - We challenge the status quo and embrace innovation.
Value of Reputation - We earn trust through the quality of our work and how we treat people.
Accountability - We take ownership and follow through.
Empathy - We consider the experience and perspective of others.
Evolve or Bust - We keep learning, improving, and adapting.
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Content Coordinator to help bring the MAKS brand and products to life.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys creating things - videos, photos, graphics, social content, and marketing materials - and wants to build a career in marketing.
You don't need years of professional marketing experience. We're more interested in your creativity, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to turn an idea into something people actually want to watch, read, or click.
Automotive experience is not required. We'll teach you about our products and industry.

A degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, media, or a related field is welcome but not required.
If your application is selected to move forward, we'll ask you to share examples of your creative work.
We're not looking for a perfect corporate portfolio. Show us something you've made - a video you edited, photos you shot, graphics you designed, a social account you helped build, a YouTube channel, a school project, or another creative project you're proud of.
We care more about what you can create than where you created it.
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn and grow.
As you develop, you'll have opportunities to contribute to larger marketing initiatives and gain exposure to areas such as:
You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas - not just execute someone else's checklist - and expand your responsibilities as your skills grow.
You'll join a growing company where marketing directly impacts the business and where there's plenty left to build.
Instead of spending your first marketing job doing one repetitive task, you'll get exposure to content, video, photography, design, e-commerce, advertising, and brand development - and you'll see the work you create actually go live.
If you're creative, resourceful, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of building a marketing career by actually doing the work, we'd love to see what you can make.
This job is full-time, on-site in Canoga Park.
