The Lash Lounge is a premier salon offering lash extensions and beauty services with 150+ locations across the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk/Salon Marketing Concierge to deliver an exceptional guest experience, clearly explain memberships that save guests money, and cultivate a positive work environment focused on memberships, retail, and booking clients.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk/Salon Marketing Concierge for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, diligently explaining memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on memberships, retail, and booking clients. We want someone that is motivated to make money through extra incentives and bonuses. Nights and weekend availability is a MUST.
