Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a results-oriented Sales/Marketing Associate to engage guests at resort check-ins with direct, concierge-style service and proactive engagement.

You will work with resort teams to coordinate owner updates, schedule workshops, and offer incentives to guests participating in programs. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift.
